PROCESSING TIME

As all of our jewelry is handmade and made to order, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping is usually 1-2 weeks. Of course, we will try to make it as quick as we can. If you want to get your order sooner than that, contact us and we will do our best to make you happy.

LOCAL SHIPPING

Shipping within Israel is 30 NIS. Shipping time in Israel is 1-5 business days. We work with private courier and also large companies like UPS and DHL. We will send your order at the fastest and best delivery option to your area. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

PERSONAL PICK UP

Customers also have the option to pick up their order, free of charge, from our studio in Herzliya, Israel – Please schedule an arrival time in advance. When picking up the order you’ll be required to show a signature and valid form of ID.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, with love and great joy!

We work with large companies like UPS and DHL, and will send your order at the fastest and best delivery option to your area. The cost of shipping to each country varies by location, so please see the cost at checkout. Shipping time is usually 2-10 business days, unless there is a temporary problem that is not dependent on the shipping company and us.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Be om. is not responsible for delays due to customs. The import duties and taxes are calculated and collected once a shipment reaches your country. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country.
